Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and prioritize IPO related risk exposures.
- Provide essential insights to senior management.
- Developing relationships with companies, VCs, and Private Equity Firms
Qualifications:
- Law Degree
- Minimum three years of legal experience in capital markets with a technology client base and IPO experience.
- Proven experience in technology risk management and issue spotting.
- Deep understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
