Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize IPO related risk exposures.
• Provide essential insights to senior management.
• Developing relationships with companies, VCs, and Private Equity Firms

Qualifications:

• Law Degree
• Minimum three years of legal experience in capital markets with a technology client base and IPO experience.
• Proven experience in technology risk management and issue spotting.
• Deep understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
